One can pack an entire planet of essentials inconceivable by a regular human being and Southwest will accept it with open arms, free of charge!

Wait! We are not done yet. On board, requires special mention. With a movie lineup that competes with your local multiplex and a menu that screams ‘gourmet', the in-flight services beg to be binge-enjoyed! Of course, in business class and first class pampering is taken to the hilt. Full disclosure though, sometimes the food tends to taste like boarding school memories but this isn't an airing of MasterChef, now is it?

Scheduled to wrap this up on a high, spare some smiles for Southwest’s flight cancellation policy. It’s almost as if customers are given unlimited freedom akin to that of a bird in the sky. They neither clip your wings with cancellation fees nor pester you with long, winding policies. A simple cancel and rebook drill is all it takes, even when you're too lazy to open an eye for a red-eye flight.

While this exaggeration has clearly taken flight, the bottom line is this: Southwest's accents of humour and commitment to comfort, make their flights 'the' way to travel.
